1. If Fanam Mart is not able to fulfill the order or the customer cancels the  product/order, in that case the customer will be eligible for refund payment.
2. Customers can raise a refund request on the Website/App or make direct  calls to our customer care.
3. This refund process may take up to 30 working days or more depending  upon the payment service gateway provider’s clauses.
4. Customer will get the refund with his/her principal amount (paid amount)  within the same payment channel i.e. if the customer pays via bKash then the  customer will get a refund through bKash. The customer cannot be refunded  via any other payment channels. But Fanam Mart retains the right and has the  right to consider/reconsider refunds via another flexible channel to make the  refund system faster or to make it easier for the customer.
